We're not in an easy position. At times, we may feel the waves crashing over our heads. In the crossfire of curricula, grades, parents, students, statistics, and colleagues, we need to provide the maximum each day, because we couldn't do otherwise. The profession is just that.

We also know that every teacher has a magic weapon. A method s/he is proud of, a step s/he has learned a lot from, stories s/he would share with others, tactics s/he would teach to others.
